In that case, we seek a highly motivated and skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team to develop and maintain integrated software solutions that enhance our business processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Business Collaboration: Partner closely with compliance, supply chain, and other teams to translate their operational needs into technical requirements.
• Software Solutions Development: Develop, implement, and maintain integrated software solutions using Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using technology solutions in the accounts payable, supply chain, and project management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making across various departments.
• System Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing software systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Training: Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of the software solutions.
• Technology Trend Monitoring: Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our software solutions and business processes continuously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience with one or more of the following systems: Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Infor Syteline.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing business technology solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
